Meet My Insights: the new environment to track your business results

My insights brings together different reports available at Hotmart, so you can monitor your business results quickly and objectively. Instead of browsing through different tabs, you can view and filter various indicators in one place.

What can I find in My Insights?


  • Most popular payment methods: top 5 payment methods that have generated the most commission in the last 30 days. 
  • Products that generate the most revenue: top 5 products that generated the most commission in the last 30 days.


  • MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) estimated net monthly revenue (commission) from your active subscriptions.
  • LTV (Customer Lifetime Value): average net revenue (commission) that your clients generate over time, considering the last 12 months.
  • Subscriptions by status: status of subscriptions joined in the last 24 months. 
  • Average subscription retention (%): average retention by the number of months that have passed since adoption for subscriptions that joined in the last 24 months.
  • Subscriptions by overdue payment period: number of overdue subscriptions by overdue period among for subscriptions joined in the last 24 months.
  • New subscription churns per month: subscriptions canceled in that month out of the subscriptions joined in the last 24 months
  • Monthly subscription churn rate (%): the number of customers who stop subscribing each month. 
  • Cohort subscription retention (%): metric that measures the percentage of subscriptions that remain active over time.
  • Overview of canceled subscriptions: overview of cancellation numbers each month for subscriptions joined in the last 24 months. 


  • Sales per country: top 5 countries where your products have been most sold in the last 30 days.

Smart installments

  • Smart Installment - monthly revenue forecast: estimated earnings over the next 10 months from Smart Installment.
  • Smart Installment  - installment status: distribution of installment plans in the number of installments chosen by your customers and status.

Lost sales

  • Chargeback rate in the last 30 days: rate calculated by the total chargebacks received in a period divided by the number of card sales made in the same period.

Important: the indicators are D-1, which means that the data is updated once a day and shows information up to the previous day.

Filter by products

In the All products field you can change the tracking of metrics by separate products or all products. Select how you want to view and start browsing the indicators.

Customize the indicators

You can customize the metrics to view only the results that make sense for your business. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. In the left-hand side menu, select the graph icon.
  2. In the top right bar of the screen, click on Customize metrics.
  3. Uncheck the options you don't want to continue viewing.
  4. Finally, click on Send selected items and customize.

That's it! Now your My insights screen is according to your preferences, and you can change the view whenever you want.

Explore the reports

In My insights you can view the main indicators in one place! To access all the information on an indicator, click on Explore report. We'll take you to the report page.

Export the results

If you want to export the main results of your sales, use the Export sales report shortcut in the top menu of My insights.

Search reports

In My insights you will find a shortcut to all Hotmart Reports. Under Search report or data you can browse the reports separated by themes or keywords.

Easy Access

In My insights you have shortcuts to the full Sales Report, Balance and Statement, as well as the Sales Recovery Opportunities available in Sales Management.
