How to access the product I purchased?

If you're reading this article, it's because you recently purchased a course on Hotmart and are having trouble accessing it. But don't worry! We're here to help you access your online product without complications.

Products sold on Hotmart can be hosted directly on our platform or on an external platform. This means that access can be made through our website or another platform defined by the creator, depending on the configuration established by them. Below, we'll explain how to access the product in each of these cases:

 

Accessing products hosted on Hotmart

When your product is hosted on Hotmart, you receive a purchase confirmation email with all the transaction details, including access information to the product. If you can't find the confirmation email in your inbox, we suggest checking your spam or junk email folder.

If you can't find the confirmation email, you can also access your product by following the steps below:

  1. Visit https://consumer.hotmart.com.
  2. In the first field, enter your email address: this is the same email address you provided when purchasing the product.
  3. In the second field, enter your Hotmart password: it's the same one you set the first time you accessed the product. If you forgot it or haven't set it yet, click on Forgot my password to reset it. If you have any questions about your password, refer to this article for more information.
  4. That's it! After accessing your account, click on My purchases to access your purchased products.

If a password is requested to download or access a file, this is a content protection activated by the creator, and you should enter your login email to view the product.bAdditionally, some products may require specific software to be opened, such as Adobe Reader (.pdf files) and WinRar (.zip files).

Accessing products hosted on an external members area

When your product is hosted on an external members area, meaning the creator  doesn't use Hotmart Club, you will also receive a purchase confirmation email with all the transaction details. However, the product access information will be sent separately by the creator and their support team.

If you can't find the email in your inbox, we suggest checking your spam or junk email folder. It's always important to look through all folders to ensure nothing has been accidentally filtered.

If even after checking, you can't find the email with the access information, you should contact the creator support team directly. If you need more information on how to do this, the contact details of the creator can be found in the email sent at the time of purchase approval, but this article can also assist you.

In the message, it's important to include the transaction number (transactions start with HP followed by a numerical sequence) and the email used for the purchase, so the creator can quickly verify what happened.
