If you reside in a country other than Brazil, the rules for bank account registration also apply to you.
To start the registration process, you must have made your first sale on our platform and have all your registration data regularized and approved. If you haven’t completed the registration yet, check the article What information is required to register on the Hotmart Platform?
Once you complete the steps above, the bank account registration form will be available for you to fill out. However, please note that the form may vary depending on the country where your account is held.
Important:
- Your bank account must be registered in the same country where you reside. It is not possible to register bank accounts with nationalities other than the country registered on the platform;
- If you need to change the documentation and there is a balance in your account, you will only be able to make the change after withdrawing all available amounts from the account.
To fill out the form, follow the steps below:
- Access your Hotmart account
- In the upper right corner of the screen, click on the rounded image of your profile and select My Account.
- Under My Account, click on Financial Information, and then click on New Account.
- On the next screen, you must enter the current password of your Hotmart account, and the verification code (security key) sent to your email.
- In the registration form, inform the Name of Recipient; it must be the same data as your Hotmart account. To complete registration in Colombia, click here, and for Mexico, click here.
- Next, include under Account Type, the account number with a limit of 24 characters.
- Then, enter the BIC-SWIFT.
- In the bank proof, upload a clear image of a bank proof containing the logo or name of the bank, your name and document, in addition to the account number. Example: Income report, certificate of account ownership or complete bank statement (not just the header). Credit card images, proof of deposit or transfer are not accepted.
- Confirm that the bank account belongs to the same account holder and click on Send account for approval.
Once submitted, our team will verify your account within 5 business days.
Colombia
To register a bank account for withdrawal of the balance in Colombian pesos (COP), it is necessary to have a bank account that accepts the COP currency and that is on the list of the local registration form. If your bank does not appear, you will need to register it on the form by clicking on the International Bank link located above the Recipient name.
The bank account registration steps for Colombia are the same as those informed up to the 5th step of the previous section. From the 6th step on, fill out the form as follows:
6. Complete the necessary data as indicated:
Individual: Recipient Name, Document Type, Document, Bank, Account Type and Account Number.
Legal Entity: Recipient Name, Document Type, Document, Bank, Account Type, Account Number, Upload of a bank proof. Example: Income report, certificate of account ownership or complete bank statement (not just the header).
7. Confirm that the bank account belongs to the same account holder and click on Send account for approval.
Once submitted, our team will verify your account within 5 business days.
Mexico
To register a bank account for withdrawal of the balance in MXN Pesos, complete the form. To receive your money in USD, you will need to register by clicking on the International Bank link located next to the Bank field.
The bank account registration steps for Mexico are the same as those informed up to the 5th step of the previous section. From the 6th step on, fill out the form as follows:
6. After setting the bank, include the Account Number and Beneficiary/Company Name.
7. In Bank Proof, upload a clear image of a bank proof containing the logo or name of the bank, your name and document, in addition to the account number. Example: Income report, certificate of account ownership or complete bank statement (not just the header). Credit card images, proof of deposit or transfer are not accepted.
8. Confirm that the bank account belongs to the same Hotmart account holder and click on Send account for approval.
Once submitted, our team will verify your account within 5 business days.
