Producers and Affiliates who sell in Real can withdraw the commission money after 30 calendar days, considering the warranty period. If a payment is made via PIX and bank bill, the deadline will be 2 days (valid only for Brazil).
Producers and Affiliates who sell in any currency other than Real can withdraw money after 15 calendar days after the sale, considering the warranty period.
What is the warranty period?
Producers must establish a warranty period for the buyer to request a refund or cancellation, if desired.
Who sells to any European country must choose the warranty period of 15 or 30 days, regardless of the type of product or payment method. Who sells to countries outside Europe can count on terms of 7, 15, or 30 days.

You must consider the minimum deadlines for withdrawing the commission along with the warranty period (which occur at the same time) plus the time it takes the bank to process the payment.
For example, a Brazilian Producer made a sale in Euros with a 30-day warranty period. To withdraw the money, they must wait for the warranty they stipulated as the minimum withdrawal period (15 days) is already being considered, as it occurs at the same time. In addition, they also need to consider the time that the bank requires to process the payment. So, if the customer does not request a refund and the bank takes 24 hours, this Producer can withdraw the money within 31 days.
Let's look at one more example. Imagine a Producer from the United States who sold in Dollars with a 7-day warranty. To withdraw the money, they must wait for the minimum withdrawal period (15 days), as the 7-day warranty period is running at the same time. They still need to consider the time that the bank requires to process the payment. So, if the customer does not request a refund and the bank takes 24 hours, this Producer can withdraw the money within 16 days.
Another example: a Brazilian Producer who sells in Real offers a 15-day warranty. To withdraw the money, they must wait for the minimum withdrawal period (30 days) and the time it takes for the bank to process the payment, which can be 24 hours. Remember that the warranty period occurred at the same time as the minimum withdrawal period. So, if the customer does not ask for a refund, this Producer can withdraw the money within 31 days.
Remember that each bank has a different deadline for carrying out this process.
Status of withdrawal requests
Withdrawal requests at Hotmart can have different statuses. Find them below:
- Pending: when the request has already been made
- Processing: Hotmart received the request and has already sent it to the bank
- Scheduled: when the bank has received your request and will continue the operation
- Done: when the amount can be withdrawn from your registered account
- Returned: in this case, it is likely that the bank has identified an error in the bank details provided. In this case, it is necessary to review them on our platform.
