The product I’ve purchased promised me access to groups and/or social media. What should I do?

To request to join groups and /or communities on social media of the product you purchased, please contact the creator of the content directly, since they are responsible for adding members to such groups.

To find the contact information for the creator responsible for the product you purchased, follow the instructions below:

  • Go to the page: https://consumer.hotmart.com/ 
  • Click on your product;
  • That's it! The contact information will appear under the product name.

The creator’s contact information is also available on the Checkout Page and in the purchase/access confirmation email you received:

  • On the Checkout Page, the creator’s email address is available when you fill in your payment details, immediately above the product’s price. Just click on "Seller Contact Info" to view it:

  • Purchase/access confirmation email: You can check the transaction details and the creator’s contact email at the bottom of the email.

Hotmart is a platform that manages the sale and distribution of the digital products registered in our system. However, we do not manage the inclusion of participants in groups and/or social media communities which may be associated with your digital product.
