What should I do if my product hasn't been fully delivered?

Hotmart is the platform that a digital creator uses to sell their product and host their content. We provide the digital environment and the creator is responsible for the product information. 

If the product you have purchased has any particularities, such as the delivery of a physical product, access to a group on an external platform, or delivery of other personalized material, we suggest that you contact the creator's support team directly. That way, the support team will be able to help you with all the information you need. 

To find the creator's contact e-mail, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://consumer.hotmart.com;
  2. Click on My purchases;
  3. Choose the product you want and click Show details;
  4. Under the name of your product, you will find the creator's support e-mail, as shown below:

You can also find this information in the e-mail you received after making the purchase, which contains the access data to your product, as well as the creator's support e-mail.
