Piracy and copyright infringement
Unauthorized use, copying, or selling of third-party courses, e-books, videos, trademarks, or materials.
Fraud, pyramid schemes, and misleading promises
Offers promising easy financial gains without verification, fraudulent schemes, gambling, or unproven health cures.
Inappropriate or offensive content
Posts or products containing pornographic material, nudity, hate speech, harassment, discrimination, bullying, or violence.
Spam and improper data usage
Mass delivery of unsolicited messages, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized collection and sale of personal data.
How do I submit a report?
To report a violation of Hotmart's rules and policies, follow the step-by-step instructions below using our official support form:
- Access the support form via the link https://help.hotmart.com/en/contact-us.
- Under the How can we help? section, choose the support option for Creator or Affiliate.
- Select the option Plagiarism and other intellectual violations.
- In the field Can you provide a few more details?, indicate the specification and click Next.
- Fill in your details, describe your request, and click Next.
- Provide the details proving the violation (such as Name of your product*, Product ID or sales link*, External page link, Product ID*, and Reported content ID or sales link*), attach any supporting files or screenshots, if available, and click Submit.
What happens after submitting the report?
Upon receiving your report, our specialized integrity and compliance team will investigate the submitted information and evidence confidentially.
If a violation of our Terms of Use is confirmed, Hotmart will take appropriate measures, and the offending user may have content removed, features restricted, or their Hotmart account permanently blocked.
