When you create your event, you can offer free tickets to your guests.
Check out the steps below:
1. Access your Hotmart account at https://app-vlc.hotmart.com/login
2. On the side menu, select Products
3. Click I’m a Producer
4. On the selected product, click on ⋮ and then Edit
5. On the left side, click on Batches
6. Click on Register Batch
Now you can register a batch for your tickets, just don’t forget to choose the Free Invitation option.
8. Click Save
The next screen will display the batches you’ve created for your event.
9. On the free tickets batch, Click the Send Ticket icon
Now is the time to send the free ticket(s).
10. Click on Add Row to send the free tickets manually
Tip: If you have a CSV file with the NAME, EMAIL, and NUMBER of free tickets per person, click on the icon to import the file.
11. Click Save to send the free ticket(s)
