How to create my PIN at Hotmart 

The PIN is another factor we added to our authentication process to bring more security to your financial transactions with Hotmart. All users who have already made sales now need a PIN to withdraw their commissions. 

Will the PIN replace my password?

Not at all! You'll continue to use your password to access the platform like you always have. However, to make transactions such as withdrawals, for example, you'll need to enter your 6-digit PIN, in addition to the password.

How can I create my PIN?

1. On the screen popup, click Start
2. Enter the password you use to access Hotmart 
3. You'll then receive a 4-digit code in your email 
4. Enter the code on the platform screen and click Confirm 
5. Now, it's time to create your PIN, which must contain 6 numbers 
6. Click on Create PIN, and that's it!

1. Log in to your Hotmart account: https://app-vlc.hotmart.com/login
2.  Click on your profile image and select the first option My Account
3. Click on the Security and privacy tab
4. Click on Create PIN
5. On the next screen, click on Start
6. Enter the password you use to log in to Hotmart and you’ll receive a 4-digit code by email
7. Enter the code and click on Confirm
8. Create your 6-digit PIN
9. 1.  

I forgot my PIN. Can I create a new one?

Yeah! If you don't remember your PIN, just follow the same steps to create a new one, but in this case, the button will now appear as Change PIN
