Completing a digital course is an important milestone in your learning and development journey. To recognize this achievement, the platform allows you to generate a certificate.
In this article, you'll learn the requirements for unlocking this document and the step-by-step process to generate it from both a computer and the mobile app.
How can I generate my certificate through a web browser?
To generate your certificate using the web browser on your computer or mobile device, the process takes place directly in the Club.
- Log in to your Hotmart account: https://consumer.hotmart.com
- Locate the product and click it to open the members area.
- Just below the course description, you'll see the total number of content items and a progress bar that tracks the lessons you've completed.
- Once your progress reaches 100%, the Generate Certificate button will become available.
- Click the button, and a text box will appear asking you to enter your full name to be displayed on the certificate.
- After entering your information, select Save and Generate Certificate.
How can I generate my certificate through the Hotmart app?
If you prefer using a mobile device to manage your achievements, you can generate your certificate directly through the Hotmart app:
- Open the Hotmart app.
- Access the product's members area.
- Go to the Products tab and locate the course you want.
- On the next screen, select Certificates, then Generate Certificate.
- Enter the name you would like to appear on your certificate.
- Finally, select Save and Generate Certificate to complete the process.
Important: If your product is available on a platform external to Hotmart, you'll need to contact the Producer for more details on how the certificate will be available.
