How do I reprocess my payment?

When purchasing a subscription product or through a Smart Installment plan, you agree to recurring payments to continue accessing your product. However, to ensure access, it's crucial to make payments according to the frequency established in the offer. 

If, for any reason, the payment is not completed, or the transaction is not approved, access to the product will be automatically blocked. However, simply regularizing any pending payments will restore access.

In this article, we guide you through the necessary steps to reprocess the payment directly from your account, providing you with more control and autonomy over your purchases.

To reprocess your payments, follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to the link: https://consumer.hotmart.com/purchase
  2. After logging in, select My purchases in the left menu;
  3. Click on the product for which you want to regularize payments;
  4. Your order details will open, then select Update payment method;
  5. A new page will open with the management of your purchase, where you'll find the Installments History section. To reprocess the last installment, click on the Show full list section;
  6. Finally, click on the three red dots, and then click Make payment (or Generate new Payment Slip, if you have chosen to pay by bank slip).

This process depends on your bank's validation and may take a few hours to complete. Once the reprocessing is identified, our system automatically restores your access to the product.

In case of reprocessing failure, we recommend contacting your bank to verify why the payment was not accepted.
