The eBook is a book in digital format. This means that you can read it on any electronic device, such as a computer, smartphone, tablet, or e-reader, such as the Kindle. Let's teach you how to register an eBook at Hotmart.
If you don't have a Hotmart account yet, follow these steps:
- Register at Hotmart;
- After you enter your email and create a password, you'll have access to our platform. In the dashboard, you'll find the formats in which you can register your product and the types of products you can sell. Select eBook;
- Enter all the basic information for your product, such as:
- Product Name*
- Description
- Language
- Target market (country)
- Product image (upload one, if you have it)
- Product category
- Click Continue
- In Pricing, enter the following information:
- Currency (Did you know that in our Payment System you can make sales in up to 13 currencies? Click here to learn more);
- Guarantee period;
- Billing method and Product price. You can also enable Currency Conversion for International Sales;
- Click Save and continue;
You will be asked to fill out more information about your product. After completing the last steps, click on Finish Registration.
- Done! You have successfully registered your eBook.
If you already have an account on our platform, follow these steps:
- Log in to Hotmart;
- Click on Products and then Register Product;
- Enter all the basic information for your product, such as:
- Product Name*
- Description
- Language
- Target market (country)
- Product image (upload one, if you have it)
- Product category
- Click Continue
- In Pricing, enter the following information:
- Currency (Did you know that in our Payment System you can make sales in up to 12 currencies? Click here to learn more);
- Guarantee period;
- Billing method and Product price. You can also enable Currency Conversion for International Sales;
- Click Save and continue;
You will be asked to fill out more information about your product. After completing the last steps, click on Finish Registration.
5. Done! You have successfully registered your eBook.
*Important: The name you choose when creating a product will be displayed to your buyers and throughout Hotmart.
If you wish to make changes to the Product Name, go to the Basic Information menu.
For existing products, the “Product Name” is updated in all Hotmart fronts based on any change in the “Basic Information” menu or “Product Page”.
