After making sales on Hotmart, you can transfer your available commissions to your bank account. Before requesting a withdrawal, it's important to make sure the amount is already available for withdrawal and that your financial information has been registered correctly.

Register your financial information
Before learning how to request a withdrawal, you'll need to complete a few steps first. The articles listed below can help you. If you haven't registered your financial information yet, check out the following articles:

Please note that users who want to register a Brazilian bank account on the platform for affiliate or cocreator activities involving Brazilian products must have a Hotmart account registered in Brazil before registering a Brazilian bank account.
How to request a withdrawal
Once you've registered your bank account and confirmed the amount available for withdrawal, follow the steps below to transfer your funds:
- Sign in to your account at: https://app.hotmart.com/.
- From the left-hand menu, click Wallet.
- Click Balance.
- If you have funds available, select Request withdrawal.
- Choose the account that will receive the funds.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
- Click Calculate.
- If everything is correct, click Withdraw funds.
The minimum withdrawal amount in Brazilian Reais is R$2.00, plus a R$1.99 withdrawal fee.
If your request is submitted by 12:00 p.m. (GMT-3), your payment will be processed by the next business day. Requests submitted after this time or on non-business days will be processed by the second business day after approval.
If you use Flexible Advance, you can also request withdrawals through the Hotmart app. Once this feature is enabled, the Advance button will be available in the Wallet section, allowing you to receive your credit card sales earnings in advance.
Withdrawals in Brazilian Reais to Brazilian bank accounts
If your commissions are in Brazilian Reais and your bank account is in Brazil, simply follow the steps described above. The amount will be transferred to the bank account registered on the platform.
Withdrawals in other currencies to Brazilian bank accounts
International sales can be made in different currencies. However, for Brazilian bank accounts, commissions can only be withdrawn in US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR).
Commissions available for withdrawal are transferred automatically once a month. You can also request a manual withdrawal whenever you wish.
When selecting the destination account during the withdrawal request, choose your Payoneer account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is US$20.00, plus a US$1.99 fee, or €20.00, plus a €1.99 fee, depending on the currency of your commission.
After the transfer, payments made in US Dollars or Euros to Brazilian bank accounts will appear on your bank statement as RAPYD.
Rules for withdrawals through Payoneer
When using Payoneer, the following conditions apply:
- You must have a Payoneer account.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: US$50.00.
- Maximum withdrawal amount: US$5,000.00.
- Currency conversions follow the exchange rates applied by Payoneer.
- Support related to your account is provided directly by Payoneer.
Important: Wise accounts are not accepted for withdrawals, regardless of the country of origin.
Withdrawals in other currencies to international bank accounts
If you live outside Brazil, you can withdraw commissions in Euros or US Dollars through HotPay International. This option allows you to receive your funds by bank transfer directly into your registered bank account.
The withdrawal process is the same as described above. In this case, the minimum withdrawal amount is US$50.00 or €50.00, depending on the currency of your commission.
Withdrawal fees are charged according to the amount withdrawn, as shown below:

How to withdraw commissions in US Dollars to Colombian Pesos
If the country registered in your Hotmart account is Colombia, you can receive commissions in US Dollars directly into your bank account in Colombian Pesos (COP). To do this, you must first register a Colombian bank account on the platform. Learn how by reading this article.
After registering your bank account, follow the steps described in the section "Learn how to withdraw your commission", selecting a local bank account in step 5.
How to track a withdrawal request
After requesting a withdrawal, you can track its progress through the statuses displayed on the platform.

Withdrawals in Brazilian Reais to Brazilian bank accounts
If your commissions are in Brazilian Reais and your bank account is in Brazil, simply follow the steps described above. The amount will be transferred to the bank account registered on the platform.
