- Go to https://consumer.hotmart.com.
- Sign in using the same email address you used to make the purchase.
- Click My Purchases.
- Select the desired product.
- Click Show details.
- Below the product name, you'll find the producer's support email address.
Use this email address to contact the producer directly.
