Online courses consist of courses with video classes. When you purchase a product in this format, it can be accessed in one of the following ways:
- On the Hotmart Members Area or
- On the external members area provided by the Producer.
At the time of purchase, you’ll receive two emails. The first with the transaction information and the other with the access data for the course you purchased (if it is hosted on the Hotmart Members Area).
If the email with the access instructions you receive contains information about Hotmart Club, it means that it is hosted on the Hotmart platform.
Otherwise, it means that the video classes are hosted on an external platform, and therefore, the Producer will be responsible for sending the access data to your email.

Course hosted on Hotmart Club
Check out how to access your course on Hotmart Club, Hotmart Members Area:
- After completing your purchase, you will receive an email to activate your account. Click Access my product to set your password. It must contain at least 7 characters, including a letter and number.
Important: at this moment, you are creating your Hotmart account that allows you to view all your purchases
- You will be taken to your online course page (inside Hotmart Club) and you will be able to access it.
- An email with your login and link to access the course will be sent to you. Click on the Access Link whenever you want to watch classes.
Important: to make it easier to access your course next time, add the Course Access Link to your favorites on your browser :)
- To reset your access password, click on the access link and then on Forgot password? or click here. Your password will be reset for all products on Hotmart Club.
- If you need to change your e-mail address, our virtual assistant will help you with this process. You can access the chat whenever you want by clicking on the orange balloon-shaped button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. If it doesn't appear, just click here.
Important: each of your courses hosted on Hotmart Club has a different access link, but your access data is the same for all products.
