Get to know the Hotmart Journey: Stars and Legacy

The Hotmart Journey is Hotmart’s recognition program for creators, affiliates, and cocreators. It celebrates the key milestones and achievements of your digital entrepreneurship journey on the platform. The Journey is divided into two main paths: Hotmart Journey Stars and Hotmart Journey Legacy.

In this article, we’ll explain what each path means and how you can progress through them.

 

Hotmart Journey Stars

Hotmart Journey Stars is a performance-based track that recognizes the results achieved by users over a 12-month period. This path highlights continuous growth and consistency, rewarding participants with exclusive gatherings, memorable experiences, and moments of connection with the community. The focus here is to celebrate those who are evolving constantly and pushing their digital business forward year after year.

 

Hotmart Journey Legacy

The Hotmart Journey Legacy celebrates the long-term impact users have built over time. In this track, what matters is your total accumulated net revenue during your entire journey on the Hotmart platform.

It’s divided into three chapters, each with specific milestones and exclusive rewards:

Hotmart Earth Chapter

Rewards: Badges, token, or artwork

  • Hotmart Project: register the product on the platform
  • Hotmart Blueprint: BRL 10,000 in net revenue (available only for users with a registered address in Brazil)
  • Hotmart Build: BRL 100,000 in net revenue (available only for users with a registered address in Brazil)
  • Hotmart Spaceship: BRL 250,000 in net revenue
  • Hotmart Mission: BRL 500,000 in net revenue

All milestones grant digital badges in your Hotmart wallet. Users who reach the Blueprint milestone also receive an exclusive token, while at the Build milestone, the reward is an artwork.

Hotmart Milky Way Chapter

Rewards: Black Boxes and wristbands

  • Hotmart BlackOne: BRL 1 million in net revenue
  • Hotmart BlackMoon: BRL 5 million in net revenue
  • Hotmart BlackVenus: BRL 10 million in net revenue
  • Hotmart BlackSun: BRL 25 million in net revenue
  • Hotmart BlackSirius: BRL 100 million in net revenue

Hotmart Cosmos Chapter

Reward: Space Helmet Cosmos I

  • Cosmos I: BRL 250 million in net revenue

 

Hotmart Card: your progress also turns into benefits

As you advance through the milestones of the Hotmart Journey, your growth on the platform turns into real achievements—like becoming eligible to request the Hotmart Card.

This card is exclusively available to users with a tax residence in Colombia or Brazil, and it allows you to easily access the funds available in your Hotmart account. It has no cost or annual fee, and you can request it in either a physical or virtual version.

The card comes in two categories, which are assigned based on your current milestone in the Hotmart Journey:

  • Business Category: available for users at the Project, Blueprint, Build, Spaceship, or Mission milestones.
  • Black Category: available for those who reach the BlackOne, BlackMoon, BlackVenus, BlackSun, BlackSirius, or Cosmos milestones.

Each category includes exclusive benefits offered by the Mastercard network, such as purchase protection, travel insurance, 24/7 personal assistance, extended warranty, and more.

Frequently asked questions

When will I receive my rewards after reaching a new milestone in Hotmart Legacy?

Clients with account managers: Black Boxes and other rewards will be shipped to the address registered on the platform as soon as the milestone is reached. The Hotmart team may contact you to confirm details or address any questions about the delivery.

Clients without account managers: Submit a request through the Help Center. Click the blue Contact us button at the end of this article. On the new page, select I’m a creator or I’m an affiliate and choose Request Hotmart Journey Rewards as the reason for contact. Complete the form with the email and details of the account that reached the milestone, and submit your request with the necessary information.

How to participate in Hotmart Journey?

Participation is automatic. Once a client registers and activates a product on the platform, their journey begins. On the Hotmart Legacy track, they enter the first stage: Hotmart Project. From that point forward, the client's sales are tracked as they work towards reaching the second stage: Hotmart Blueprint.

What are net sales? How are they defined?

Net sales refer to the total revenue generated from approved and completed sales of products registered on the platform. This amount includes company fees and commissions paid to affiliates and/or cocreators. It's important to note that net revenue is calculated without factoring in potential chargebacks and discounts. Net revenue is always calculated in Brazilian Reais (BRL). If creators sell in other currencies, the system automatically converts the amount using the exchange rate of the day.

How do I check my progress on the Hotmart Legacy track?

    To check your total net sales on the platform, follow these steps:

  1. On the left-side menu, click on Sales > My Sales.
  2. Filter: Select the entire period from your first sale to today.
  3. To view the total sales amount, select only the transactions with "approved" and "completed" status.
  4. If you’ve made sales in currencies other than Brazilian Reais, export the detailed report of all sales by clicking on the Export button and consider the converted amount.

Important: Sales revenue information in the report may take up to 24 hours to update after a sale.
