To have continuous access to your subscription-purchased products, it is important to make all payments on time.
If you chose to pay the recurrences via PIX (a payment method available in Brazil) but missed the payment deadline, in this article we will teach you how to generate a new code and restore your access.
To do this, simply follow the steps below:
- Access your account on Hotmart through the link https://consumer.hotmart.com.
- After logging in, select My purchases from the menu on the left and click on Show details of the product for which you want to generate a new PIX code for payment.
- The details of your purchase will be displayed and you should click on Settle pending payments.
- On the new page, click on Pay to generate the new PIX code.
- To finish, copy the PIX code or use your mobile device's camera on the QR Code.
By clicking on the Pay button, an email will be sent to the email address registered in your Hotmart account with the generated PIX code to make the payment. Remember to check not only the inbox, but also the spam and junk folders.
The code is valid for 48 hours, and you can make the payment within this period. However, if the code expires again, you will need to wait another 24 hours after expiration to generate a new code.
