PIN is a 6-digit key you create to request withdrawals on Hotmart. It adds an extra layer of security to protect your financial transactions.
For example, imagine you are about to withdraw your commissions. With the PIN, in addition to your platform access password, you will need to enter this 6-digit key, ensuring that only you can perform this operation.
Unlike your account password, which is used to access the platform, the PIN is specifically for authorizing withdrawals. In other words, the account access password is used to enter the Hotmart platform, while the PIN is used exclusively to confirm withdrawal requests.
How can I create my PIN?
To create your PIN, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the platform via the link https://app.hotmart.com/.
- Click on the photo icon to access your Profile.
- In the My account panel, click on the Security and privacy tab.
- In Account settings, locate the PIN field.
- Click on Create PIN.
- A pop-up will appear on the screen for the PIN registration. Click on Start.
- As a security measure, confirm the password you use to access your Hotmart account.
- After confirming your access password, you will receive a 4-digit code in the email registered in your Hotmart account. Remember to check your inbox, spam, and junk mail.
- In the Check your email field, enter the code you received and click on Continue.
- Create your PIN with 6 digits and then click on Create PIN.
Done! After following the steps indicated, you will have registered your PIN and will be able to make your withdrawals more securely.
