What login options can I use to access my Hotmart account?

Hotmart offers different login methods so you can access your account securely. These options are available both to people who want to view the products they have purchased and to those who use the platform as a creator, affiliate, or cocreator.

What login options are available on Hotmart?

Hotmart offers three ways to log in: with a code, with an email address and password, or through a Google or Apple account.

The address you should use to access the platform depends on how you use Hotmart:

Login with a code, without a password

Also known as passwordless login, this method allows you to access your account using a temporary code sent to your registered email address.

To log in with a code, enter the email address registered to your account and click Log in. On the next screen, enter the six-digit code you received by email and click Confirm

The code is valid for 10 minutes. If it expires, click Resend code to request a new one.

Always use the most recent code, as requesting a new one may invalidate the previous code. If the code does not arrive, make sure the email address was entered correctly and check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

You can also log in with your password by clicking Log in with password.
 

Login with email and password

To access your account with a password, enter the email address and password registered with Hotmart and click Log in.

In some cases, you may need to confirm your identity using a two-factor authentication code, also known as 2FA. This code is sent to your registered email address and serves as an additional security step. To learn more about this process, see this article about two-factor authentication.
 

Login with Google or Apple

You can also access your Hotmart account using a Google or Apple account.

To do this, click Enter with Google or Enter with Apple and select the account linked to your Hotmart registration.

Before completing the login, make sure you selected the correct email address. If you log in with a different Google or Apple account, you may access another Hotmart account where your previous purchases, products, or activities are not available.

 

Why can my login experience vary?

The login screen and steps may change depending on a few factors:

  • The profile you use on Hotmart, such as buyer, creator, affiliate, or cocreator.
  • The device used to access the account.
  • Whether you access Hotmart through the app or a browser.
  • The account’s security settings.
  • The need for additional checks when you log in for the first time or from a new device.

Regardless of your profile, use the details linked to your Hotmart account. You do not need to create a new account to access other features on the platform. 

 

I accessed my account but could not find what I was looking for

Attention: make sure you logged in with the same email address provided at the time of purchase. Using a different address may take you to another account where the purchased product is not available.

 

I no longer have access to my registered email address. What should I do?

Your registered email address is used to receive access codes, reset your password, and confirm the account holder’s identity.

If you no longer have access to this address, try to recover it directly with your email provider. If that is not possible, see the instructions for changing your email address based on your profile:

Frequently asked questions

Can I use the same account to buy, sell, or become an affiliate?

Yes. You do not need to create a new account just to use a different profile on Hotmart. See below how to make your first sale as a creator or affiliate:

Why is the correct code shown as invalid?

This can happen if the code has expired or if a new code was requested. Use only the most recent code and make sure it is still within its validity period.

What should I do if my account has been blocked or is inactive?

If the message displayed says that the account is blocked or inactive, the login options described in this article will not be enough to restore access.

Is two-factor authentication the same as passwordless login?

No. With passwordless login, the code replaces the password. With two-factor authentication, the code is an additional security step requested after you enter your login details.
