What happens when a boleto expires?
When a boleto expires before payment, the purchase is automatically canceled. This means no charge will be generated, and no further action is required.
If you still want to purchase the product, you’ll need to generate a new boleto.
How to generate a new boleto for a one-time purchase?
For one-time purchases, it’s not possible to change the due date of an expired boleto or reuse it.
In this case, the only option is to redo the purchase on the product’s sales page. When selecting Boleto bancário as the payment method, a new document will be generated with a new due date.
Important: An expired boleto does not generate any charges.
