How do I access my purchased products in the Hotmart app?

If you purchased a product through Hotmart, you can access the content in the app using the same email address and password provided at the time of purchase. In the app, your products are gathered in one place, making it easier to access classes, supplementary materials, and content downloaded to your phone.

How do I access the Hotmart app?

To access your purchased products, first download the Hotmart app from your phone’s app store: App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Then, log in with the same email address you used to purchase the product.

On the app’s home screen, tap My products to view the products available in your account. Then, select the product you want and wait for the content to load on the screen.

 

How do I access content in the app?

When you open a product in the app, you’ll be taken to its home page. On this screen, the course modules will be available. When you tap a module, you’ll see the classes and videos available in that content.

The app organizes this navigation to make it easier to view the classes and materials available in each product.

If the course includes extra materials, you can also access them through the app. When a class offers this type of content, simply open it, click Materials, and select what you want to access.

 

Can I watch my classes offline?

In some cases, yes. When the video is hosted on the Hotmart Club player, it may be available for offline viewing.

To download a class, open the content you want and tap Download. Then, to find materials that have already been downloaded, select the product and tap Downloaded.
