In order to buy on our platform, you must access the sales page of the desired product, and it can be external or from Hotmart itself. Through I Want to Buy, Buy Now or similar buttons, you will be able to access the purchase page, enter your payment information and finalize the purchase of the product.
- Go to the sales page of the desired product and click on the Buy button
- You will be directed to the checkout page and must provide your personal information, such as full name, email, and address (the info options requested are defined by those who have created the product)
- Then select the desired payment method and finalize the purchase
- You will receive the access link to the product you purchased in the e-mail address you used to make the purchase. Therefore, it is important that you always check that you have entered the correct e-mail address before confirming the purchase - if you already have other purchases made at Hotmart and use the same e-mail address, all your digital products can be accessed with this same e-mail address.
Important: Hotmart is the platform that manages the sales and distribution of the digital products registered in our system. However, the Producer is the person who defines which payment methods will be available for their products. If you want to make a purchase with a payment method that is not available for the product, we recommend contacting the Producer and checking the possibility of making this payment method available.
