How to fill out the payment page for my purchase?

When making a purchase on Hotmart, you need to fill out some information on the payment page (checkout). This data is essential to complete your order securely and ensure you receive access to the product correctly.

What information may be required at checkout?

While filling out the payment page, some information is mandatory, such as email and full name. Other fields, such as CPF, CNPJ, or address, may vary.

This is because the creator defines which information will be required, in addition to factors like the type of product and the country of purchase.


How do I fill in my details at checkout? 

Follow the instructions below to complete your purchase:

  1. At the top of the page, select the country where the purchase will be made. This information defines the currency, available payment methods, and possible taxes.
  2. Enter your email address and confirm it in the next field. This will be the address used to send your product access details. If you’ve purchased on Hotmart before, use the same email to keep your products in one account.
  3. Enter your full name exactly as it appears on an official document. This helps identify your account if you need support.
  4. If requested, enter your ID number and phone number. The phone country code is filled in automatically.
  5. Enter your address (if required). Some purchases require an address, especially for physical products or due to tax requirements.
  6. Select one of the available payment methods. Methods may vary depending on the country and product settings.
  7. Review the product name, price, and other details before completing your purchase.
  8. Click Buy now to complete your order.
What should I do if an error appears while filling out the form?

If any field is highlighted in red, it means the information is invalid or incomplete. Review the entered data, checking for missing numbers, incorrect characters, or required fields left blank. After correcting it, try completing your purchase again.

 

What happens after the purchase?
