When you make a purchase through Hotmart, an account is automatically created so you can access the products you’ve purchased. If, in addition to buying products, you want to sell your own products or promote products created by other people, you can enable additional roles within the same account.

How do I enable my sales profile?
To access Hotmart’s sales tools, follow the steps below:
- Access your account at: https://consumer.hotmart.com .
- In the left-side menu, click Manage my business.
- You will be redirected to Hotmart’s business environment.
- Fill in the requested information to complete your registration.
After completing the registration, the features for creators and affiliates will be available in your account.
What should I do if I can’t access the sales environment?
If you have already completed the registration but still only see the purchases area, try the actions below:
- Log out and log in again.
- Access the platform in an incognito tab or in another browser.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
