How will I receive the product I purchased on Hotmart?

On Hotmart, most purchases are for digital products, such as online courses, e-books, online events, and other types of content accessed over the internet.

For this reason, once your payment has been approved, you will receive access to your product digitally rather than a physical delivery to the address provided during your purchase.

In this article, you'll learn how to identify the type of product you purchased, where to access your content, and what to do if you're waiting for a physical item offered as part of your purchase.

 

How can I check which type of product I purchased?

If you're not sure how your purchase will be delivered, you can check this information directly in your Hotmart account. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account at https://consumer.hotmart.com/.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click My Purchases.
  3. Find the product you want to check.
  4. Above the product name, you'll see the product format, such as Online Course, Online Event, E-books & Documents, among others.
  5. Click Show details to view your purchase information.

If the product is hosted on Hotmart, you'll be able to access the content directly from this page.

Why won't I receive a physical product?

In most cases, this happens because the product you purchased is digital. Digital products are not shipped to your address. Instead, the content is delivered online, either through your Hotmart account or through the external members area used by the creator.
