In your Hotmart account, the My purchases section centralizes all your transactions, making it easier to track and manage your payments.
If you’ve made purchases using installment-compatible payment methods, you can easily access the details of these transactions. There, you can check the number of overdue installments, the total outstanding amount, as well as the dates and amounts of upcoming charges.
How to settle installments in the Payment hub
The Payment hub allows you to settle overdue payments in a simple, fast, and secure way. In this area, you can find all the information about your pending charges, such as the amount due and the payment method selected at the time of purchase.
> How to view and manage your pending payments:
- Go to Hotmart’s homepage: https://consumer.hotmart.com/main
- In the left-hand menu, click on My purchases
- If there are overdue payments, you will see a highlighted tag on the product
- Click on the corresponding product
- Select Go to Payment hub
- Click on Settle payment and follow the instructions
You can choose to pay all overdue installments at once or only some of them. It’s important to note that if you choose to pay only a few installments, you will still have an outstanding balance, as the total amount due will not be fully settled.
> How to change your payment method
Currently, you can settle your installments using different payment methods, depending on the country where the purchase was made.
- If your purchase was made using a credit card, you can change the card used for future charges.
- If you used another installment payment method, you may be able to switch to a credit card, PayPal, or other local payment methods.
To change your payment method, go to My Purchases > Show details.
When choosing a credit card to settle overdue payments, you can also set it as your default payment method for future charges.
