When you access Hotmart, some information is temporarily stored on your device to help pages and the app load more quickly. In some cases, this data may become outdated and cause access issues, blank pages, or loading errors.
Clearing the cache can help when a page does not finish loading, displays outdated information, or retains data from a previous session. This procedure may also be useful when the Hotmart app does not open or does not work as expected.
In this article, you will learn how to clear the cache on a computer, mobile phone or tablet, and in the Hotmart app.
What do I need to know before clearing the cache?
Clearing the cache does not delete your account, purchases, or products registered on Hotmart. However, depending on the options selected, you may be signed out of websites where you are logged in and need to enter your login details again.
Before confirming the deletion:
- Make sure you know which email address you use to access Hotmart.
- Keep your passwords saved in a secure place.
- Avoid selecting the option to delete passwords and autofill data if you do not want to remove this information.
