How can I access and download my exported reports?

The Exported Reports tool gathers the history of report exports made from your Hotmart account. There, you can locate previously generated files, view details about each export, and download them again whenever needed.

What are Exported Reports?

Whenever you export a report available on the platform, the file is recorded in the Exported Reports area.

In this area, you can:

  • View your export history.
  • Filter files by date range, format, or report category.
  • Check information about each export.
  • Download previously generated files again.
     

How do I access the Exported Reports tool?

To access the Exported Reports area:

  1. Log in to your account at https://app.hotmart.com.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Tools.
  3. Select Exported Reports.

Once you access the tool, you will see the list of exported reports available in your account.
 

How do I find an exported report?

If you have many exported files, you can use the available filters to locate the report you need.

The available filters are:

  • Period: allows you to define a date range.
  • Format: allows you to filter files in CSV, XLS, PDF, or ZIP formats.
  • Report: allows you to filter by report category.

After selecting the desired filters, click the refresh icon to apply the search.

The list will display information such as:

  • Export date and time.
  • Report category.
  • File name.
  • Format.
  • Export status.
     

How do I download a report again?

When an export has the status Available, you can download the file again.

To do so:

  1. Locate the report in the list.
  2. In the Actions column, click the download icon.

The file will be sent to the platform's downloads area, where it will be available for download.
 

How do I view export details?

In addition to downloading the file, you can also view information about the export.

To see the details:

  1. Locate the desired report.
  2. In the Actions column, click the information icon.

A window will display the export details, including the filters and parameters used to generate the file.
 

What should I do if no reports are found?

If there are no reports matching the selected filters, the tool will display the message No reports found.

In this case, you can:

  • Adjust the date range, format, or category filters.
  • Access the reports area directly to generate a new export.

The Go to report option allows you to navigate to the desired category and create a new export.

How long are exported reports available?

Exported reports remain stored in the tool for up to 12 months.

What file formats are available?

The available formats may vary depending on the report type. Supported formats include:

  • CSV
  • XLS
  • PDF
  • ZIP
Can I download a report more than once?

Yes. As long as the file is available in the Exported Reports area, you can download it again whenever necessary.

Can I see which filters were used in the export?

Yes. By clicking the information icon for a report, you can view the parameters used when the file was generated, such as the selected date range, format, and other applied filters.
