Managing a team is easier when each person has access only to the tools they need to do their job. The Collaborators Center allows Creators to invite team members to access specific areas of the platform using customized profiles with different permission levels.
In this article, you'll learn how the Collaborators Center works, which permissions are available, how to create profiles, invite collaborators, and grant access to Hotmart Club when needed.
Important: no permission in the Collaborators Center allows collaborators to change your account's personal information. The My Account menu remains accessible only to the account owner.
What is the Collaborators Center?
The Collaborators Center is a Hotmart tool that lets you share access to your business operations without sharing your account password.
Instead of giving full access to your account, you can create profiles with specific permissions for each team member. This allows collaborators to view and perform only the actions required for their role, making account management more secure and organized.
Access is managed through profiles, which group different permissions together. After creating a profile, you only need to assign it to the collaborators who will use it.
How do permissions work in the Collaborators Center?
Permissions are organized into categories. Each category groups actions related to a specific area of the platform and can be enabled according to your team's needs.
❯ What permissions are available?
Wallet
Allows collaborators to view Hotmart Wallet transactions, check the available balance, and request withdrawals.
Club
Includes permissions related to Hotmart Club management, such as community management, gamification, Club product management, combo management, Members Area customization, and product viewing.
Important: to allow a collaborator to edit content inside Hotmart Club, you must also import them into the Members Area. You'll find the step-by-step instructions later in this article.
Tools
Permissions to manage Pixel, Custom Checkout Page, Promotional Materials, Sales Funnel, Link Manager, Dynamic Alternative Pages, API integrations, documentation, and credentials.
Partnerships
Allows collaborators to manage affiliates and, depending on the permissions assigned, manage profiles and collaborators within the Collaborators Center.

Permissions related to the Hotmart Player video library.
Products
Allows collaborators to configure and manage products and offers.
Reports
