Creating a Hotmart account is the first step to accessing the platform. With a single account, you can purchase courses and other digital products and, whenever you're ready, start selling as a creator, cocreator, or affiliate.
Creating an account is free. Hotmart doesn't charge any fees to create or maintain an account. Fees are only charged when a sale is made through the platform.

How do I choose my goal on Hotmart?
After confirming your email address, you'll be asked how you'd like to start using the platform.
The available options are:
- Buy products, to access courses, ebooks, and other digital products.
- Sell online, if you want to create or sell products through Hotmart.
This choice only defines your initial experience on the platform. You can change it later without creating a new account.
What happens after I create my account?
If you selected Buy products, your account is ready to use.
After signing in, you'll be able to:
- view the products you've already purchased;
- browse the Marketplace to discover new digital products;
- manage all your purchases in one place.
If you haven't purchased any products yet, simply visit the Marketplace and choose the one you'd like to buy.
How do I start selling using the same account?
If you decide to sell products on Hotmart in the future, you won't need to create another account.
Simply sign in to your account and click the Create and sell on Hotmart button, available at the top of the screen.
From that point on, you'll begin the process of enabling your account for selling. Depending on the verification flow assigned to your account, you may need to create a product and verify your documents either before or after your first sale.
