With it, you can conveniently watch your classes without relying on an internet connection, as well as track sales results and manage your business directly from your smartphone.

How do I download the app and complete my first login?
To get started, download the Hotmart app, available for free on the App Store (for iOS devices) and Google Play (for Android devices).
After installation, the way you log in depends on your history with the platform:
- If you already have a Hotmart account, simply enter the same email address and password you normally use in your browser.
- If this is your first login after making a purchase, enter the email address used during checkout and follow the on-screen instructions. The system will ask you to create a secure password, choose a username, and confirm your date of birth.
During the login process, you'll need to verify your access using a numeric verification code sent to your inbox. This Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an essential security layer that helps ensure purchased courses are assigned correctly and keeps your data protected.
How do I navigate within the app?
If you're a creator or affiliate, the My Business tab allows you to monitor sales revenue, check your available wallet balance, manage cards, and quickly copy your promotional links (Hotlinks) to share with your audience.
The My Purchases area is entirely dedicated to your learning experience and gathers all the additional content you've purchased.
The app interface also allows you to access your profile to edit your information and add social media accounts. In addition, it includes a dedicated notification bell icon where you can track recent updates and interactions.
Right after logging in, the app displays a home screen designed to make navigation easier. The main menu highlights the Membership Areas you're part of.
When you select one of them, you'll be taken directly to that creator's Hotmart Club environment, where you can navigate between the Home, Products, Community, Schedule, and Explore tabs.
- Products: Contains all the content and courses you've purchased from that creator, ready to access and watch.
- Communities: A space where you can follow new posts, interact in the creator's official channels, and view your direct messages.
- Schedule: Centralizes class schedules and allows you to access live streams hosted by the creator directly.
- Explore: Works as a virtual storefront, displaying other digital products the creator has available for sale if you'd like to discover new content.
At the top of the screen, you'll also find the Gamification area (Trophy Icon) where you can track your achievements and redeem rewards you've earned as you progress through your learning journey.
How do I find and watch the products I've purchased?
The app centralizes your purchases to make studying more dynamic and convenient. From the Club home screen, you'll see all your purchased courses. To get started, simply tap the desired product to open its main page, where classes and modules are organized.
Each course's internal structure makes it easy to find videos and supplementary materials with just a few taps. If the creator provides additional files (such as PDFs or spreadsheets) within a specific lesson, you can access them by opening the lesson and selecting the materials tab.
If you open the app and cannot find the product you're looking for, first confirm that the email address used to log in on your mobile device is exactly the same email address entered on the checkout page when making the purchase.
Can I download lessons to watch offline?
Yes. Whenever a lesson video is hosted on Hotmart Player, you'll have the option to download it and watch it when you're offline, such as while traveling or commuting.
It's important to note that each download remains available on your mobile device for 14 days. After that period, the app will ask you to renew access by briefly connecting to the internet so the content can remain available offline for another 14 days.
How do I manage app and community notifications?
To keep you informed, the app sends notifications about interactions and updates. This includes alerts about new posts in the communities you're part of, as well as comment notifications for creators who manage their own groups within Hotmart Club.
If you want to make sure you don't miss any interactions or prefer to temporarily mute notifications, you can configure this feature directly from your profile.
Tap the gear icon to access your account settings, go to the notification management section, and enable or disable alerts according to your preferences.
